Guidelines for Admission Fees – No Refund Policy

1. Admission Confirmation

Admission is confirmed only after full payment of prescribed fees within the stipulated time.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

Once the admission is confirmed, fees paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Withdrawal / Cancellation

If a student withdraws admission after confirmation, no refund of fees will be granted.
This applies even if the withdrawal is due to:
Personal reasons
Change of college/course/university
Failure to attend classes
Migration or transfer

4. Seat Blocking Clause

Admission fees are treated as seat-blocking charges. Once a seat is allotted and confirmed, the institution cannot reallocate it easily; hence fees are non-refundable.

5. University / Government Rules

The policy is subject to UGC, State Government, University, and affiliating authority norms, wherever applicable.

6. Acknowledgement by Student

By taking admission, the student and parent/guardian agree and accept the no-refund policy of the institution.
