Women’s hostel provides well-ventilated comfort facilities. The topmost priority is given to 24×7 security along with healthy atmosphere and hygienic food to the residents. The basic facilities of the hostel include security cabin, guest room, hostel office, counselling room, warden’s residence room and students’ residence rooms. Each room is well equipped with beds, cupboards, tables, chairs, tube lights, ceiling fan, mobile charger point and dustbin. All rooms in the hostel are self-contained. Common washroom facility is provided to each wing and they are cleaned every day by outsourced housekeeping agency. The facilities like T.V. set, computer, LAN internet connectivity including Wi-Fi provide homely atmosphere to the residents.

Eligibility criteria:

Gender: Admission may be restricted to a specific gender if the hostel is designated as a girls' hostel.

Merit: First come first serve basis but sometimes student's academic performance in a previous exam is often a key factor in selection.

General Application Process:

• College admission first: Students must first be admitted to the college before applying for the hostel.
• Application form: Complete and submit the hostel application form online or offline during the college's admission period.
• Document submission: Provide all required documents, such as a medical fitness certificate from a government medical officer, and be truthful in all information provided.
• Selection: Admission is typically merit-based. The college will create a merit list and announce selected students.
• Finalization: Pay the required fees to secure your seat and complete the admission process.

General Rules:

• Girls should read the rules before submitting the application form.
• Closing time for Hostel is 8.00 p.m. The late comers will be fined as per rules.
• Students must make entry in the “In/Out Register” kept in the hostel office.
• Light must be switched off when not in use.
• Parents are allowed to visit their ward only in the visitors lobby on the service floor between 9.00 a.m. To 11.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. on working days and between 11.00a.m. to 5.00p.m. on holidays.
• Students are prohibited from giving shelter to any other outsider in the rooms.
• Ragging in any form is offensive and liable for severe punishment.
• Male candidates are strictly forbidden from entering the premises hostel.
• Room furniture and electric fittings are required to maintain by girls in good condition.
• Formation of association of girls on the basis of religions, cast is not permitted.

Rules About Health and Hygiene:

• Girls must keep their rooms and surrounding areas neat and clean at all time.
• Girls should not throw anything in hostel except in the dustbin.
• Do not dry wet clothes on furniture.
• Storage of any cooked food in the room is strictly prohibited.
