PARENT-TEACHER ASSOCIATION (PTA)

The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) at our college serves as a collaborative platform uniting parents, teachers, and administrators to enhance the educational experience and holistic
development of our students.It facilitates continuous interaction with the parents thus thereby providing a formal platform to discuss issues, concerns, problems faced by the students, general expectations from the college, feedback on the academic programmes and functioning of the college, in particular and to ensure better Institute-society connect through parents and their wards, in general.By fostering open communication and active participation, the PTA plays a pivotal role in creating a supportive and enriching environment conducive to academic excellence and personal growth.

• Facilitate Collaboration: as a bridge between parents, teachers, and the administration to enhance understanding and address concerns related to student welfare.
• Organize Meetings: regular meetings to discuss academic progress, challenges, and the overall well-being of students, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Support Extracurricular Activities: in planning and executing academic seminars, cultural events, and extracurricular programs that contribute to the students’ holistic development.
• Engage in Fundraising: fundraising activities to support college initiatives such as scholarships, infrastructure development, and special events, thereby enhancing the resources available to students.
• Provide Feedback: and convey feedback from parents and teachers to the administration to guide improvements in teaching methodologies, infrastructure, and student support services.
• Address Grievances: Serve as a mediator to address and resolve issues or concerns raised by students, parents, or teachers, promoting a harmonious college environment.
• Promote Ethical Practices: ethical behavior, mutual respect, and a positive culture within the college, setting a standard for the entire college community.

Through these objectives and functions, the PTA is dedicated to supporting the mission of our senior college by actively engaging all stakeholders in the pursuit of educational excellence and the well-being of our students.
