About the IQAC

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Bahirji Smarak Mahavidyalaya was established in 2004. The IQAC serves as a vital mechanism for planning, guiding, and monitoring quality assurance and quality enhancement. The cell promotes a learner-centric environment and encourages innovations in teaching and learning. The IQAC also encourages faculty development and research initiatives. It facilitates the transition of the institution from traditional educational practices to more modern, technology-enabled approaches. Furthermore, the IQAC fosters a culture of self-assessment and internal reflection, encouraging every department and unit within the institution to regularly review its performance and identify areas for improvement.
