The Martyr Bahirji Smarak Mahavidyalaya, Basmathnagar Alumni Association is a proud extension of the esteemed Bahirji Smarak Mahavidyalaya, Basmathnagar established in 1971 by ‘Bahirji Smarak Vidyalaya Education Society, Wapti. With a legacy of academic excellence and a commitment to nurturing talent, our alumni network spans across India and beyond, connecting thousands of graduates who have walked through the corridors of our prestigious institution.

Alumni Association is a great community which endeavors to impart, collaborate and share collective experience. It plays a key role in society and environment to be a better place. The Alumni Association is registered on 05/12/2019 with registration no. Hingoli/0000199/2019. It has been functioning for many years as a supportive and mentor unit of the college. The college has illustrious alumni who are spread over different parts of our country with great positions and designations. Representatives of Alumni are nominated on administrative and academic Committees. Alumni Association works for the development of college and their suggestions are considered. Alumni Association has always been a source of financial and other support services to the institution. We have a long list of personalities in the field of literature, music, sports, politics and even entrepreneurship.

Alumni Policy

1.Introduction:

This Alumni Policy Document outlines the guidelines and provisions for alumni of Bahirji Smarak Mahavidylaya. It establishes a framework for maintaining a strong relationship with our alumni community, fostering their engagement, and providing support where necessary. This policy applies to all individuals who have completed a degree, program, or course at Bahirji Smarak Mahavidylaya and are considered alumni.

2. Alumni Benefits and Services:

2.1. Access to Campus Facilities: Alumni shall have limited access to campus facilities, such as libraries, sports facilities, and designated areas, subject to availability and any access restrictions implemented by Bahirji Smarak Mahavidylaya.

2.2. Career Services: Alumni may continue to receive access to career services, such as job postings, career counselling, and networking opportunities, subject to availability and any limitations set by Bahirji Smarak Mahavidylaya.

2.3. Continuing Education: Alumni may be eligible for discounted rates on continuing education courses, workshops, or other professional development opportunities offered by Bahirji Smarak Mahavidylaya.

2.4. Alumni Events: Bahirji Smarak Mahavidylaya shall organize alumni events, reunions, and networking sessions to facilitate networking, collaboration, and engagement opportunities among alumni. Details of such events will be communicated through appropriate channels.
