Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is an important mechanism in any educational institution, and Bahirji Smarak Mahavidyalaya, Basmath is no exception. This committee is formed to provide a platform for the students to raise their grievances and have them addressed in a fair and effective manner.
In order to ensure transparency by the institution imparting education in admissions and with paramount objective of preventing unfair practices and to provide mechanism to students / faculty / staff for redressal of their grievances.

The committee is also tasked with ensuring that any grievances raised are heard and addressed without any prejudice or bias. The scope of the Grievance Redressal Committee in Bahirji Smarak Mahavidyalaya, Basmath is wide and varied. The Committee will address any grievances related to academic and non-academic issues, such as faculty, student facilities, administrative issues, rules and regulations, fee structure, etc. The committee also addresses grievances related to the functioning of the college, such as timely availability of study material, timely submission of assignments, timely disbursement of scholarship, etc.
